West Ham, Sheffield United & Watford Keen On Emmanuel Adebayor

Emmanuel Adebayor could be in line for a shock return to the Premier League with West Ham, Sheffield United and Watford all keen on the striker according to The Sun.

Per the source, all three sides are interested in Adebayor who has not played in England since 2016.

The 35-year-old striker last played for Crystal Palace for six-months before joining Basksehir.

The Super Lig outfit did not extend Adebayor’s contract and he is currently a free agent.

The experienced forward scored three goals in 19 games for the Turkish side last term but has not played a full 90 minutes of football since January.

The Premier League sides will face competition from Goztepe who are also interested in a move for Adebayor according to Fanatik.

Adebayor scored 28 times in 76 games for Basaksehir in all competitions for the Super Lig runners-up.

The Istanbul based side came close to lifting the league title for the first time last season losing to eventual champions Galatasaray in the penultimate week.
