West Ham striker Chicharito wants €4m per-season from Galatasaray according to Fanatik.
Per the source, the Lions are only prepared to offer the Mexico international €3m per season on a three-year deal.
Galatasaray have been locked in talks with the 31-year-old striker’s agent and are trying to reach a compromise over his wage demands.
The experienced striker is reportedly open to a move to Turkey for the right price.
The next round of negotiations between the Lions vice-president Abdurrahim Albayrak and Chicharito’s representatives is expected to go ahead over the next few days.
The striker does have another 12 months remaining on his West Ham contract and there is no mention in the report regarding talks between the clubs.
The Hammers have yet to extend their contract deal with the striker.
Chicharito scored eight times and provided three assists in 28 appearances in all competitions last season.
Galatasaray meanwhile lifted the Super Lig title for the second season running and will compete in the Champions League next season.
