The news comes amid a report in The Sun which claims Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais are also in the race for the 27-year-old.
Per the source, Stade Rennais have also held talks with West Ham and Feghouli.
Feghouli struggled during his debut season in London and is open to a move away from the Premier League according to L’Equipe.
Stade Rennais are hoping their manager Christian Gourcuff’s relationship with Feghouli will place them ahead of the chasing pack.
Feghouli played under Gourcuff when he managed the Algeria national team between 2014 and 2016.
