Everton head to the London stadium for their final Premier League game of the season against West Ham on Sunday.
On the face of it the Merseyside based side have nothing to play for but a victory would keep them 8th and with the difference in prize money involved in the position a side finishes the league it gives a strong financial incentive.
Everton boss Sam Allardyce faces an injury crisis heading into the clash as Gylfi Sigurdsson, Mason Holgate, Maarten Stekelenburg, Eliaquim Mangala, James McCarthy and Wayne Rooney have all been ruled out.
Theo Walcott is suffering from a calf strain and therefore will not be risked as a starter but has been named on the bench.
There was some good news on the injury front as Calvert-Lewin is back in the first team squad after a long absence.
Turkey international Cenk Tosun is match fit will start up front alongside Oumar Niasse.
Tosun has five goals to his name this season but failed to find the back of the net in his last outing against Southampton.
