West Ham suffered a shock 2-1 defeat away to Domzale in their first-leg Europa League qualifier on Thursday.
Summer signing Gokhan Tore missed the game due to a knee injury and there were fears that he could be out for a lengthy period of time.
A source close to the player has however, told Turkish-football.com that Tore has not sustained a serious injury and that he could return in time for the second leg next week.
Tore has yet to make his debut for the Hammers after joining from Besiktas a few weeks ago.
The 24-year-old does have an impressive Europa League record and was part of Slaven Bilic’s Besiktas side that reached the Europa League quarter-finals in 2014.
Besiktas beat Premier League giants Tottenham and Liverpool on their path the the last eight.
Tore was also part of the Black Eagles side that reached the Europa League Round of 32 last season.
