Manchester City star midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has heaped praise on his teammates following Saturday’s victory.
The Citizens recorded a 2-1 win over Bounemourth following a last second goal from Raheem Sterling.
Gundogan – who is nearing full fitness and recently played his first game in over nine months – watched the game from the stands.
The 26-year-old hasn’t featured for Pep Guardiola’s side since suffering a knee injury back in December.
Gundogan shared a photo of his teammates celebrating and included the following caption, “Important win for us today! What a match boys, very exciting to watch! Good job.”
