‘Without Ozil We Play Like West Ham’ Arsenal fans react to playmaker’s display against Bayern Munich on social media
Arsenal beat Bayern Munich on penalties – yes they beat a Germany side on penalties – in the International Championship Cup.
Gunners fans got their first glimpse of the Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette partnership against the Bundesliga giants.
The playmaker of Turkish origin played the opening 45 minutes before being subbed off but he put on a decent display and almost got himself an assist.
We took a look at how Arsenal fans reacted to Ozil’s display against Bayer on social media.

There is only so much Ozil can do, he put it on a plate for Lacazette and should really have had an assist to his name by the end of the match.
