Besiktas take on Fenerbahce in the Turkish Cup semi-final second leg at the Sukru Saraoglu Stadium.
The first-leg ended in a heated 2-2 tie with three players being sent off.
Both sides will want to avoid a repeat performance as suspended players will miss league games.
Fenerbahce and Besiktas are both in the title race so cannot afford to jeopardize the championship.
However, this is still a derby and both sides are expected to field strong sides.
A source close to Besiktas revealed to Turkish-Football that several scouts from across Europe including Liverpool and Wolves are expected at the derby.
The Reds have been keeping tabs on Talisca throughout the season.
Turkish sports newspaper Fotomac reported that Wolves have not given up hope of signing Talisca and have even contacted his agent, Carlos Leite.
Per the source, Wolves will try to snap up Talisca if Besiktas fail to sign him on a permanent deal – they have an £18 million clause.
Talisca, Ryan Babel, Pepe, Tolgay Arslan are all expected to feature for Besiktas.
Fenerbahce meanwhile also have star names such as Giuliano, Soldado and Josef all available.
