Yanal – ‘Erkan Zengin is a quality player’ [divider]
Trabzonspor manager Ersun Yanal refused to reveal if an offer had been made for Eskişehirspor winger Erkan Zengin.
“I am not in a position to disclose our transfer targets,” Yanal said.
“The board are the one who make these decisions.”
Yanal did however, admit that he would like to see Zengin at Trabzonspor.
“But if you want my opinion on Erkan, he is a quality player and we could really do with someone like him at our team,” Yanal said.
“He would be a great transfer for any team in my opinion.
“However, he needs to resolve his problems with Eskişehirspor first.”
Zengin has two and a half years remaining on this contract.
The Swedish international of Turkish origin joined EsEs in 2010 and has 29 goals as well as 33 assists in 171 appearances for the Süper Lig outfit.
