Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has revealed that both Lionel Messi and Arda Turan have recovered from injury ahead of the Celta Vigo clash in the La liga.
Messi had a kidney operation last week and Arda Turan has been nursing a foot injury. Both players were rested against Valencia in the mid-week clash at the Mestalla.
Enrique told reporters at his pre-game pressSaturday: “Yes, he can play tomorrow. They’re both OK. Arda took a knock, which was a knock-on from his warm-up against Valencia so there was no point taking risks over it [Wednesday].”
Barcelona drew the game 1-1 to extend their unbeaten run to 29 games and break the all time club record for consecutive games without a defeat in the process.
Turan and Messi are both expected to start for the reigning La Liga champions. Barca have won all eight games that the bearded winger has featured in since he made his debut in the 4-1 won over Espanyol last month.
The Turkish international winger has two goals in eight appearances for Barcelona since joining from Atletico Madrid over the summer.
