Arsenal hold talks with £21m Barcelona star’s agent, favours Premier League move
Arsenal have held talks with the agent of Barcelona star Arda Turan according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Spanish newspaper report that Inter Milan have also been in talks with Turan’s agent Ahmet Bulut.
Per the source, Turan would however, prefer a move to the Premier League over the Serie A.
Barcelona would be prepared to accept an offer matching their €25 million [£21m] valuation according to the report.

Bulut did tell Turkish-Football that Turan was close to a Premier League move before joining Barcelona in 2015.
Turan has also invested in property in London and regularly visits the city.
The Turkish international attacking midfielder faces an uncertain future at Barcelona.
Despite being in good form scoring 13 times and providing seven assists, Turan could be set for a summer exit depending on who replaces head coach Luis Enrique.
The current Barca boss played a key role in signing Turan and rejected previous offers from China to keep him in the team.
Without Enrique backing Turan it remains to be seen whether his successor will be as keen to keep him at the reigning La Liga champions.
Turan has been closely linked with a move to Arsenal over recent weeks.
The 30-year-old has ruled out a move to China and his agent has yet to release any change of plan regarding his future.
Turkish-Football have been in regular contact with Turan’s agent who denied a similar story in March.
Speaking to Eren Sarigul of Turkish-Football who was writing an article for ESPN FC, Bulut said: “There is currently no offer, there is nothing to speak of right now, ” Bulut told ESPN FC.
“I have not been contacted by Arsenal. As I said before, he is happy at Barcelona and has three years left on his contract.”
It is worth noting that a lot can change in a few months and Bulut when we last asked about Turan he remained coy about his future.
Turan is still happy at Barcelona but coming to the realisation that he may have to start planning for another adventure.
The attacking midfielder is vastly experienced and has won the league title at every club he has joined on a permanent transfer.
Turan has lifted every European trophy except the Champions League and every domestic Spanish silverware on offer.
