Arsenal star Mesut Ozil tells Fenerbahce he wants to join them in the next three years

Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil has told Fenerbahce that he wants to join them in the next three years.

The Sun newspaper has claimed that Ozil has held talks with Fenerbahce over a potential transfer at some point in the next three years.

The Turkish daily paper Hurriyet also reported that the 27-year-old’s agent met with Fenerbahce officials late last year.

Ozil has of course been in impressive form for the north London based club having provided the highest number of assists in the league (19) and the most chances (119).

The Germany intentional of Turkish origin has also picked up four Arsenal player of the month awards and is expected to win player of the year as well.

Ozil has two years remaining on his deal with Arsenal and has been in scintillating form of late. Arsenal take on West Ham United in the Premier League this weekend.
