Arsenal transfer news: £24m Barcelona star linked with Gunners move
Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan has been linked with a late move to Premier League giants Arsenal.
The Turkey international is expected to leave the La Liga side this summer after falling out of favour with manager Ernesto Valverde.
According to Sport, Barcelona are keen to offload Turan this summer and are even willing to let him go for free.
Barcelona director Roberto Fernandez has stated that several players will leave the club this week.
“We are expecting several players to complete their moves away from the club by Wednesday,” Fernandez stated when asked about Turan’s future, according to Fanatik.

Meanwhile, Turkish outlet Fanatik state that Arsenal have maintained an interest in the Turkey international. However, the report does not state whether Arenal have tabled an offer for Turan.
Turkish Super League side Galatasaray are also interested in signing their former club captain.
Turan joined Barcelona from Atletico Madrid for £24 million two years ago. The 30-year-old provided seven assists and scored 13 goals in 30 appearances for Barca last season.
