Özil broke the assist record he created against West Brom at the Hawthorns when he setup Olivier Giroud. The Germany international has now provided an assist in seven consecutive games which is a Premier League record.
The Arsenal playmaker has a total of 11 assists in 12 games for the Gunners now which is the highest in Europe’s top five leagues including England, Spain, France, Italy and Germany.
