Arsenal v Liverpool – probable starting line-up’s – Emre Can and Mesut Ozil expected to start

Emre Can and Mesut Ozil are expected to face each other for the first time in their careers as Arsenal take on Liverpool today in the Premier League.

Both Can and Ozil were born in Germany to Turkish parents and have been a success for their clubs since joining.

Arsenal will move into second place if they secure a win over Liverpool today while the Reds can move within a point of Manchester United with a victory.

Danny Welbeck is an injury doubt for the home side who are also without  Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain due to a hamstring injury.

Dejan Lovren is expected replace a suspended Martin Skrtel in defence. Steven Gerrard has also been ruled out following red card against Manchester United
