Atletico Madrid chief Clemente Villaverde has stated that the club have no intention of selling Arda Turan in the summer.
Turan has been linked with a move away from the La Liga champions in the summer.
“We’re very happy with Arda Turan, he is a very important player for us and we’ve got no problems at all with him,” Villaverde told Anadolu Agency.
“We’d be delighted to see him continue with us next season. Arda is happy at Atlético the supporters are thrilled with what he does out on the field of play. He will continue with us next year”

Both Arsenal and Liverpool have been linked with the flamboyant winger.
The Turkish international has a contract with Atletico Madrid until 2017 and a €40 million release clause.
The 28-year-old has become a vital part of Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid side and became the first Turkish born player to win the La Liga as Atletico Madrid won their first league title since 1996 last season.
