Barcelona star Arda Turan has yet to play a single game for his club since joining on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer due to the FIFA transfer ban currently in place.
The bearded winger has however, been able to play for Turkey and played a key role in the Crescent-Stars reaching the European Championships in France set to be played this summer.
In fact Turkey have yet to lose any of the last 10 games in which Turan has featured and he starred in the decisive game against Iceland in Konya that took the country through as the best third-placed team in the tournament.
Turan shared a tweet after being asked by the official twitter account of UEFA what he thought about being drawn against Spain, Czech Republic and Croatia in Group D.
Tough draw. Strong teams. But football is a game where 22 men chase a ball for 90 minutes and Turkey has the final word. 😉 @UEFAEURO
