Beşiktaş on verge of signing HSV midfielder [divider]
Beşiktaş are on the verge of signing HSV Hamburg midfielder Tolgay Arslan according to Goal Germany.
The 24-year-old’s agent Erhan Arslan arrived in Turkey yesterday to hold talks with Beşiktaş.

The Black Eagles and Arslan are reported to have agreed terms but talks are still ongoing with HSV over his transfer fee.
Beşiktaş are reported to have put forward a bid worth €500,000.
Arslan is able to enter direct talks with other clubs as his contract is set to run out at the end of the season.
Trabzonspor, Arsenal, Lazio, Napoli and Galatasaray have all been closely linked with the assiduous midfielder.
The Germany and Turkey U20 international moved to Hamburg from Dortmund in 2009 on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old would be able to play as a domestic player despite being born in Germany due to being of Turkish origin. Arslan can still represent either Germany or Turkey at international level.
