Bursaspor begin preparations for Besiktas clash


Bursaspor have begun preparations for their clash against rivals Besiktas this weekend in the Turkish Super Lig. The game will be played at the Ataturk Olimpiyat Stadium at 14:00 on Sunday.


The Green Crocodiles are coming off the back of a victory over Basaksehir in the Ziraat Turkish Cup. Bursaspor beat Abdulla Avci’s side in a penalty shoot out booking their place in the quarter finals.

Senol Gunes lead a light training session today at the Özlüce training facility. Emre Taşdemir and Fernando Belluschi missed training due to injuries while Volkan Şen sat out of todays session with a stomach infection.

Bursaspor will continue preparations at the Özlüce training facility tomorrow.
