Chelsea target Turan planning Barcelona stay

Arda Turan is planning to remain at Barcelona next season despite interest from China and the Premier League.

According to the Spanish outlet Marca, Turan has vowed to remain a Barca player for at least one more term.

The Turkish international move to Barcelona from Atletico Madrid at the start of the season €37 million Turan was unable to play first team football for the first six months of the season due to the transfer ban imposed on Barcelona.

Chelsea are reported to be interested in Turan after new boss Antonio Conte reportedly expressed an interest. TalkSport reported that the former Juventus manager is already making preparations for next season and has placed the Turkish international on his transfer shortlist.

The Catalan giants take on Real Betis in the Spanish league as they look to preserve their lead at the top of the table.

Barcelona are level on points with Atletico Madrid but are ahead on goal difference.
