Fatih Terim reveals Turkish national team squad ahead of Macedonia & Albania games – 17-year-old Man City target receives first call up
Fatih Terim has made a number of surprise additions to his Turkish national team squad ahead of the next round of games.
Turkey will take on Macedonia in an international friendly on 4 June following by a key World Cup 2017 qualification clash against Kosovo on 11 June.
Terim has included 17-year-old goalkeeping wonder-kid Berke Ozer in the squad for the first time.
Nicknamed the Turkish Donnarumma, Ozer impressed for the under-17’s and has been closely scouted by Manchester City.

Berke’s agent Omer Koray Uzun recently revealed to Turkish-Football that City in additional to several other clubs have been scouting the youngster but denied rumours that his client has agreed terms with the Premier League giants.
“I heard about the rumour but there is no agreement or transfer taking place,” Uzun said.
“Manchester City and several clubs were scouting him at the Under-17 European Championships, this must be were the rumour stems from”
Eren Sarigul of Turkish-Football recently wrote an article for ESPN stating that City have been keeping close tabs on the 16-year-old keeper for well over a season.
Terim has also included Emre Ababa and 20-year-old Trabzonspor attacking midfielder Yusuf Yazici for the first time.
The head coach has gone for a youthful side including 19-year-old Basaksehir wonder-kid Cengiz Under, 19-year-old Borussia Dortmund starlet Emre Mor, 20-year-old Villarreal striker Enes Unal and 20-year-old Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu.
All four of the players mentioned above stand a realistic chance of featuring if not starting in both games.
