Fenerbahce target Van Persie holds ‘crisis talks’ as he ponders Manchester United exit

Robin Van Persie has held crisis talks with Manchester United according to a report in the Sun.

The Netherland’s international is understood to be unhappy with the lack of playing time at United this season and is contemplating a summer exit.

The Sun published pictures of Van Persie meeting his agent Kees Vos on Thursday in Cheshire’s Alderley Edge after the 31-year-old was left out of the last two United line-ups.

The report goes onto state that Manchester United have made no moves to extend Van Persie’s contract.

The 31-year-old will enter the final year of his United contract next season but the club have a policy of offering one-year deals to players over the age of 30.
