Fenerbahçe are interested in Sporting Lisbon forward Islam Slimani according to Sabah.
The Yellow Canaries are reported to have been keeping tabs on the Algerian international and sporting director Giulliani Terraneo held talks with several agents closely linked with the club regarding the players status.
West Ham as well as Crystal Palace have also been linked with Slimani and have been keeping tabs on the 26-year-old according to the Record.
Sporting reportedly want €15 million for the Algeria international who still has three-years left on his current contract.
The 26-year-old scored a total of 15 goals and provided five assists in 23 appearances for the Portuguese giants last season.
The Istanbul giants have been active this summer already signing Simon Kjaer on a four-year deal from Lille.
Fenerbahçe are also currently in talks with Manchester United winger Nani and striker Robin van Persie.
The Yellow Canaries are coached by Vitor Pereira and booked Champions League play-off round after finishing as runners up last season.
