Galatasaray have joined the race for Dnipro midfielder Yevgen Konoplyanka according to the Hürriyet.
The Lions are reported to have made the Ukranian international an offer worth €1.9 million per-season not including bonuses.
Süper Lig giants Beşiktaş are also interested in the Europa League finalist.
Beşiktaş president confirmed that he had personally scouted the 26-year-old in person last season in an interview with TRT.
“I have watched him play myself three times this is the nature of what we do but there is no deal in place now and we are also interested in other players,” Orman told TRT.
“The fans must remain calm we will act within our means.”
Stoke City are also reported to be interested in signing the Ukrainian international midfielder according to the BBC.
Konoplyanka reached the Europa League final with Dnipro last season but his side lost 3-2 against Sevilla.
Galatasaray finished last season as Süper Lig champions for the 20th time and booked a place in the Champions League group stages for the fourth consecutive season.
The Lions won the league and cup double for the sixth time last season and are currently managed by Hamza Hamzaoğlu.
