Trabzonspor manager Ersun Yanal believes Napoli will prove a tough test in the Europa League Round of 32.
“Napoli are a great club and have a manager with impressive European pedigree,” Yanal said.
“Benitez has won the Europa League and Champions League which makes our task even tougher.
“Napoli have a strong squad and great fans.
“They have players who have experience playing and winning trophies at club and international level.”
However, Yanal also underlined that his side could pull off a surprise if underestimated.
“But we could spring a surprise here, especially if we are underestimated. There is no doubt it will be a tough game, both sides have quality players,” Yanal said.
“This will be one of the games of the Round of 32, our aim is to make it to the next round and progress further into the competition.”
Napoli will face Trabzonspor for the first time in European competition.
Napoli finished Group I in first place on 13 points and are currently seventh in the Serie A on 24 points.
