Arsenal star Mesut Özil underlined that he planned to rob all three points from Tottenham in the North London derby.
Özil tweeted: “Planned venue: White Hart Lane – Planned action: robbing three points!”
Özil only needed 11 minutes to open the scoring, the 26-year-old showed great awareness to capitalise Olivier Giroud’s mistimed shot inside the penalty area.
The 26-year-old only completed 12 shots with a 66 percent accuracy in the first half according to Whoscored but he did score with his only shot on target.
Arsenal head into the half-time break with a 1-0 lead against their North London rivals.
