The Istanbul giants came from behind to record a 2-1 victory over the French giants.
Cenk Tosun scored a goal in each half to take his competition tally to three.
Ricardo Quaresma was once again involved in the opening goal, setting Tosun up with a wonderful cross.
Quaresma now has three assists in the tournament, only Manchester United star Anthony Martial has setup as many goals.
Besiktas have won all three of their Champions League games this season and need just a point from their remaining three games to ensure qualification.
