West Ham transfer news: International star set to join Turkish giants in £4m deal

West Ham transfer news: International star set to join Turkish giants in £4m deal

West Ham United midfielder Sofiane Feghouli is set to join Galatasaray.

The Premier League broadcaster SkySports have claimed that Feghouli will complete a £4m move to the Istanbul giants.

Per the source, Feghouli will touchdown in Istanbul this weekend to complete his move.

The Feghouli to Galatasaray transfer saga has lasted for over a month. The Algeria international was expected to arrive in Turkey last week.

SkySports go onto state that West Ham were forced into selling Feghouli in order to balance their books.

The Hammers have signed Joe Hart, Javier Hernandez, Pablo Zabaleta, Marko Arnautovic and Sead Haksabanovic.

Galatasaray have also been busy this summer. The Lions have brought in Bafétimbi Gomis, Younes Belhanda, Maicon, Mariano and Badou Ndiaye.

Feghouli made the move to West Ham from Valencia on a last summer. The Algeria international scored four goals and provided three assists in 27 appearances for the London-based club last season.
