£17.5m Arsenal Target Named In UEFA ‘Ones To Watch For 2018’ List
Trabzonspor star Yusuf Yazici has been named among the UEFA ‘Ones to Watch For 2018’ list.
UEFA picked out 50 young players who are worth keeping a close eye on in 2018.
Yazici was among the rising stars that made the list.
UEFA wrote the following about Yazici: “Trabzonspor coach Rıza Çalımbay has touted the attacking midfielder’s potential and self-belief; Yazıcı has played all 17 Süper Lig games this season.”
The attacking midfielder was the only Turkish player to make the list.
The Turkish international already has 10 goals and 16 assists in all competitions for the Black Sea Storm since bursting onto the scene last January.

Trabzonspor value their star man as being worth £17.5 million.
Arsenal are among several European clubs that have expressed an interest in the 20-year-old who shares the same agent as Mesut Ozil – Dr Erkut Sogut.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has personally watched the attacking midfielder in action according to his representative Adem Cebeci.
Cebeci said, “Yusuf wants a move to Europe, Dr Erkut Sogut has been in talks with clubs and there is interest from the Premier League, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has watched Yusuf in person.”
Yazici has three goals and three assists in all competitions for the Black Sea Storm this season.
The 20-year-old has another four-years remaining on his contract.
