Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen could be set to complete a move to Fenerbahce by the end of the week according to the Fanatik.
Per the source, the Yellow Canaries have made Tottenham an offer to loan.
The Istanbul based outfit hope to have the transfer wrapped up by the end of the week but will have to come to an agreement over the nature of the move.
Tottenham want to sell Janssen on a permanent deal while the Super Lig outfit are keen on a temporary move.
Fenerbahce are desperate to sign a striker before the Champions League 3rd Round playoff clash against Benfica.
The first leg will take place in Portugal on 7 August.
The Super Lig side currently have just one first-choice striker available, Roberto Soldado, and he is currently out injured.
Janssen did spend last season on loan at Fenerbahce so will not require time to settle in.
The Dutch striker did not join the International Champions Cup squad and has been deemed surplus to requirements.
Mauricio Pochettino had the followıng to say about the Janssen situation: “It’s different personal situations for different players.
“It’s clear the situation for players like Vincent. But Josh is part of our plans. He’s injured and doing his recovery with Harry Winks. That’s why he’s not here.”
