5 reasons why Slaven Bilic will be a success at West Ham
3 reasons West Ham should be wary of appointing Slaven Bilic
1. Gökhan Töre
The former Chelsea youth is no stranger to the Premier League and offers the right combination of physical and technical qualities to make is in England. The explosive wingers quality has never been in question. The problem with Töre in the past was his off the field antics but if we ignore the infamous gun incident for a moment he actually had a pretty tame season with no acts of madness. Slaven Bilic has been responsible for Töre’s development from a talented but flawed player into the teams and one of the league’s best performers. The 23-year-old scored a career high eight goals and provided 11 sides and was included in the Whoscored Europa League Team of the Season. Töre put on impressive performances against Tottenham and Liverpool in European competition and completed the most successful dribbles in the Süper Lig (2.2 per game).
