Fenerbahçe beat Başakşehir 1-0 at the Şükrü Saracoğlu stadium to move into first place in the Turkish Super League.
Former Manchester United winger Luis Nani scored the decisive goal on 84 minutes after beating two Başakşehir defenders and managing to find the back of the net.
Nani now has seven goals and five assists in all competitions for the Yellow Canaries in all competitions this season.
Fenerbahçe moved ahead of Beşiktaş following the victory but the Black Eagles could regain their spot at the top of the table with a win over Istanbul rivals Galatasaray tomorrow.
