Barcelona booked a place in the Club World Cup final after beating Chinese giants Guangzhou Evergrande 3-0 in Japan.
Luis Suarez scored a hat-trick for the reigning Champion League title holders to end Evergrande’s 28-match unbeaten run.
Arda Turan was unable to play in the match in fact he has been unable to play since joining Barcelona on a £27 million transfer from Atletico Madrid over the summer due to the FIFA transfer ban imposed on the club.
The bearded winger was however, taken to Japan with the team by head coach Luis Enrique to train with the team.
Turan was ecstatic that his side made it to the final and took the social media to give his new team a show of support.
The bearded winger will however, be able to finally make his debut in January after the winter transfer window opens.
Barcelona will play River Plate in the final on Sunday after the Argentinian giants beat Sanfrecce Hiroshima in the other semi-final.
