Arda Turan is set to make his official Barcelona debut against Espanyol in the Spanish Cup Last 16 first-leg at the Camp Nou after months of waiting on the sidelines.
Turan fell victim to the FIFA transfer ban imposed on the club which restricted Barcelona from registering new players.
The summer transfer was registered on Monday and handed the number seven shirt replacing Pedro who left for Chelsea last transfer window.
Barcelona sent Turan a shoutout today on their official Twitter account highlighting his astronomic rise from the streets of Bayrampaşa – Istanbul – to the dizzying heights of one of the biggest clubs in the world of football.
