QPR’s powerful striker Charlie Austin has been linked with a move the Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray.
The daily sports paper Fanatik have reported that Austin is one of three names Galatasaray is looking to bring in during the January transfer window.
The Lion’s are also in talks with Ciro Immobile and the Brazilian international Damiao.
Galatasaray are looking to sign Austin for a cut-price in January as the strikers’ contract with QPR expires at the end of the season.
Fanatik go onto state that the 26-year-old will be available to Galatasaray for a fee in the region of £1.5 million.

The Lion’s first choice striker Burak Yilmaz has seven goals while his alternative Umut Bulut has only managed two goals in 16 games. Yilmaz has recently suffered a reoccurrence of a hamstring injury keeping him out until the end of January.
Charlie Austin has one assist and nine goals in 16 appearances for QPR in the Championship this season.
