Arsenal’s star playmaker Mesut Ozil has taken to social media to congratulate his side following their 3-3 draw with Liverpool in the Premier League.
The Gunners remain at the top of the table but are now drawing points with Leicester City who beat Tottenham.
Ozil posted a picture of himself along with Emre Can during the game with the caption, “What a match! There was no time to blink during the 90 minutes!!! A pity we couldn’t take the three points with us to London! But chin up, we’re still.”
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger gave in-form playmaker Mesut Ozil a spot in the starting lineup but despite his side scoring three times he got neither an assist nor a goal.
Liverpool midfielder Emre Can did however, manage to provide an assist setting up Firmino with the opening goal.
Can put on a swashbuckling performance in midfield making the highest number of tackles (5) as well as several key interceptions and clearances.
