Emre Can has kept his place in the Red’s starting line-up which takes on FC Augsburg in the Europa League.
The Germany international has been deployed in the Liverpool’s three-man midfield alongside James Milner and club captain Jordan Henderson.
The 22-year-old started in midfield and played an influential role in Liverpool’s 6-0 win over Aston Villa in the Premier League last week.
Can and Jurgen Klopp will be no strangers to Augsburg after their time spent in the Bundesliga. The Germany international has provided one assist and scored two goals in 32 appearances for Liverpool this season.
