Prince Ali is one of five candidates, alongside Sheikh Salman, Gianni Infantino, Tokyo Sexwale and Jerome Champagne, in the running to be elected as FIFA President.
Ozil has racked up 17 assists in the Premier League with 14 league games left to play. The World Cup winner is just three assists of matching Theirry Henry’s record of 20.
Arsenal ended up losing to Barcelona by a two goal margin during the week with both goals coming from Lionel Messi.
The Gunners will have to beat Barcelona at the Camp Nou by two goals or more to stand any chance of making it to the next round. Ozil’s side take on Manchester United in the Premier League this weekend.
Arsenal are joint second in the League, two points behind leaders Leicester City.
