Barcelona are considering offering Arda Turan in a part-exhange deal for Arsenal star Mesut Ozil according to AS.
Barca technical secretary, Roberto Fernandez is claimed to be planning how the club could sign the Arsenal star.
The report claims that Barca are considering offering Turan, Munir and Sandro in a part-exchange for Ozil.
Real Madrid have a clause preventing the Gunners from being able to sell Ozil to another La Liga club without Real being given first-refusal for 48 hours.
Barca however, believe they can use the FIFA transfer ban imposed on Real Madrid to circumvent the clause as the Spanish giants would be unable to sign Ozil to play for the club next season.
Real would be able to sign Ozil but that would involved the World Cup winner missing an entire season of football as the Madrid based side would be unable to register him – although they could let him leave on loan.
Barcelona found a way around their FIFA transfer ban in much the same way signing Turan and Vidal over the summer and making the new transfers wait six-months before registration.
Turan still has over four-years remanning on his contract and has been in impressive form for his new side scoring twice and providing four assists in 17 appearances.
