Emre Can has stated that he is happy with life at Liverpool and is enjoying playing for the Reds’.

The 22-year-old went on to say that he is a ‘good mood’ going into the tail end of the season.

“I’m just enjoying the time in Liverpool and I want to give my best for Liverpool always and for me as well,” Can told Liverpool’s official website.

“I think I’m in a good mood and in good form the last few weeks, but I have to keep going.”

The Germany international sat out of Liverpool’s 4-1 win over Stoke City on Sunday.

Can recieved a two game suspension during Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham last weekend.

While Can didn’t receive a red card, he has instead been suspended for two games after accumulating ten yellow cards this season.

Liverpool will also be without Can for next weekend’s clash with Bournemouth.

The 22-year-old is expected to return to Jurgen Klopp’s starting line-up agaisnt the Bundesliga giants.
