Ilkay Gundogan has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester City this summer.
The Express newspaper have reported that both Arsenal and Liverpool are keen on the 25-year-old but are yet to table an offer.
However the incoming City boss Pep Guardiola has decided to remain coy on any speculation linking Gundogan with a move to the Etihad.
When about the move for Gundogan on Monday, Guardiola was quoted as simply saying “I am the coach of Bayern Munich.”
City are understood to be preparing major changes to their squad this summer.
Gundogan recently confirmed that he rejected an offer from Manchester United last year and opted to sign a contract extension with Dortmund.
The Germany international currently has one-year remanning on his contract with Dortmund which expires in June but he is reported to have refused to sign a new deal in order to push through a summer transfer.
