Fenerbahce have reached a pre-agreement with Sofiane Feghouli according to the Turkish newspaper Milliyet.
The daily paper states that Fenerbahce President Aziz Yildirim met with Feghouli’s agent in Istanbul and has agreed personal terms with the Algeria international.
The Premier League duo Arsenal and Manchester United are also in the race to sign the flamboyant winger according to the Metro newspaper.
Feghouli recently received a suspension from Valencia after refusing to take part in a warm down.
“I do not know if he [Sofiane Feghouli] will ever wear the Valencia shirt again,” Valencia coach Pako Ayestaran was quoted as saying by the BBC.
“It depends on the day to day and what the team needs.”
Feghouli’s contract with Valencia expires at the end of the season meaning he is able to discuss personal terms with clubs and leave on a free in July.
The Algeria international has four assists and five goals in 33 appearances for Valencia this season. Feghouli has made 39 appearances for the Algerian national team.
