Arsenal’s star playmaker has stated that he is happy with his performances last season.
The Germany international was in terrific form and was voted Arsenal player of the season. Ozil also provided the most assists in the league (19) but also shattered the record for chances created (146).
“There’s not much I’d change about last term. I was fit, played well in a lot of games and was consistent. That’s the main thing as far as I’m concerned,” Ozil told the German FA‘s website.
The Germany international has gone onto win two FA Cup titles since joining and was chosen Arsenal player of the year for his efforts this season.
Ozil was however, unable add any silverware to his cabinet this season as the Gunners failed to win any of the titles they were involved in.
The Arsenal playmaker is currently with the German national team preparing for the European Championships.
