Galatasaray have entered talks with PSV winger Luciano Narsingh according to Turkish sports newspaper AMK.
Per the source, Narsingh is keen on the move but it will come down to whether Galatasaray can reach an agreement with PSV.
The Lions are currently facing financial constraints due to serving a UEFA competition ban for breaching FFP rules and must keep within budget.
Galatasaray are currently offering €1.7 million per season for the 26-year-old.
Swansea are also in the race to sign Narsingh after manager Paul Clement admitted the club are interested in the Netherlands international but denied a deal has been agreed.
The new Swans boss told Sky Sports News HQ: “He is a player we are aware of but no decisions have been made on ins or outs.
“When we played against him with Bayern, he scored in the game in Holland. We are aware of his talent but nothing more than that at the moment.”
Narsingh has three goals and one assist in all competitions for PSV this season.
The 26-year-old would join fellow Netherlands international stars Wesley Sneijder and Nigel de Jong if he was to make the move.
