Arda Turan set to keep beard following bet with Barcelona star

Arda Turan looks set to keep his beard intact following Paris Saint-Germain’s 4-0 victory over Barcelona in Paris.

The Ligue 1 reigning champions look set to book their place in the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League following an emphatic win over Barca.

Turkey international Arda Turan also can breath a sign of relief as he gets to keep his beard.

Turan made a bet with his fellow teammate Marc-Andre ter Stegen in January which could have seen them both losing hair.

Goalkeeper Ter Stegen stated that he would shave his hair off if Barca won the Champions League while Turan agreed to shave off his beard.

However, the pair have little reason to worry as Barca need a miracle if they are to advance past the Last 16.

Turan missed Tuesday evening’s clash with PSG due to a groin injury and is a doubt going into this weekend’s clash.
