Barca have now turned down multiple offers from Chinese clubs for the Turkish international star.
Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has vetoed all offers made for Turan who has 13 goals and seven assists this season.
Marca recently revealed that Barcelona rejected a €50 million offer for Turan in January from an unnamed Chinese club.
Enrique yet again blocked the move and underlined that he did not want the former Atletico Madrid player to be sold.
The club were reportedly prepared to shell out €17 million per season on Turan on a three-and-a-half year contract.
Turan was signed from Atleti in 2015. Enrique pushed through the deal despite Barcelona facing a transfer ban.
The 30-year-old was unable to play for Barca for six-months due to the ban as the club were unable to register him.
Enrique’s contract expires at the end of this season and Barca have yet to offer an extension.
Despite rumours that Enrique could be headed for an exit Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu claimed that the club still have faith in the head coach.
“The priority is still for Luis Enrique to continue,” Josep Maria Bartomeu told Catalan broadcaster TV3.
“In the last few years, he has won almost all competitions. The Barca supporters are very happy with him.”
Bartomeu also revealed that Barcelona will hold talks with Enrique over his future in April.
“We will speak to Luis in April to see how he feels. There is no plan B,” Bartomeu added.
“He is doing an extraordinary job and now we enter the most important stage of the season.”
