Arsenal plot £25m move for 13-goal Barcelona star who has 11 trophies under his belt
Arsenal are plotting a £25 million move for Barcelona star Arda Turan according to the Times.
Per the source, the Gunners are targeting Turan as a replacement for Mesut Ozil who has yet to extend his contract, which will have 12 months left at the end of the season.

Turan has flirted with the idea of a Premier League move in the past and was expected to move to England after Atletico Madrid.
Turkish-Football recently reported that Turan brought a property in London, near Stamford Bridge.
Turan does have another three-years remaining on his current contract and joined Barcelona on a £26 million move from Atletico Madrid in 2015.
The Turkish international does have 13 goals and seven assists in all competitions this season but faces an uncertain future with head coach Luis Enrique set to leave at the end of the season.
Enrique proved instrumental in signing Turan and has kept confidence in the attacking midfielder throughout his tenure at the club, rejecting two big money moves from China.
Turan has won silverware at every club he has played at in Spain and enjoyed a successful spell at Galatasaray before his move to the La Liga.
The 30-year-old has 11 trophies under his belt, league titles in Spain and Turkey, a Europa League, European Super Cup and he was part of the Atleti side that reached the 2014 Champions League final.
Turan is settled at Barcelona but will have to wait for Enrique’s replacement to find out whether the incoming manager has plans for him next season.
Barcelona are also reported to be considering selling Turan to raise funds for Messi’s new contract according to Dario Gol.
