Trabzonspor manager Ersun Yanal believes his side must change the way they play following the 3-2 defeat against Sivasspor in the Turkish Cup Last 16.

The loss saw the Black Sea Storm crash out of the Turkish Cup.

“We need to change the way we play, we will not be looking outside to find blame we need to find the fault from within, this cannot continue,” Yanal told Fanatik after the game.

Trabzonspor were competing in three competitions until the loss against Sivasspor. The Turkish Cup, Süper Lig and Europa League.

The Black Sea based side will take on Napoli in the Europa League Round of 32 next.

Ersun Yanal guided Fenerbahçe to the Süper Lig title last season and has experience coaching the Turkish national team.

Trabzonspor are currently in 6th place in the league on 30 points after 19 games this season.

The Black Sea Storm host Başakşehir at the Avni Aker stadium next in the league. Trabzonspor have only lost once at home this season.
