“We are out the cup now we have to focus on the league, we have a very tough task ahead of us,” Kafkas was quoted as saying by Eurosport TR.
Karabükspor are without a win in their last six league games – losing four and drawing twice.
The Steelers take on Kasımpaşa next at home, Karabükspor have lost five out of their last six home games.
Karabükspor are currently in 17th place on 16 points after 19 games.
Kafkas actually resigned following his sides 2-1 loss against Erciyesspor but was later re-appointed by the board.
The experienced coach would have became the first manager to resign from his position in 2015 if he does leave the club.
