The report also claims that the Reds could face competition from AC Milan and Premier League champions Chelsea.
Fanatik meanwhile claimed this week that the Reds have held early talks with Kjaer’s agent.
Kjaer has yet to comment on his future however, his agent has rejected all previous transfer stories regarding a summer move this season.
The Denmark international has been closely linked with a summer exit but still has another two-years remaining on his contract and is paid £3.4 million per-season.
The 28-year-old has been one of the Yellow Canaries most in-form players this season and was selected in the UEFA Europa League Team of the Group Stages.
Kjaer has three goals and one assists in 39 appearances for the Istanbul giants in all competitions.
The Yellow Canaries are currently third in the Turkish league and almost certain to book European competition football next season.
